If, by any chance, you are not happy with your purchase, we have a simple return and refund policy in place to help you out.
Please know that we are dedicated to making your shopping experience with us pleasant, hassle-free, and satisfying.
Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify for a return and refund, the purchased product must meet the following criteria:
- To qualify for a return, the item must be in the exact same state and condition as it was when it was initially received, and it cannot have been used or altered in any way.
- To process a return, please make sure the product is returned in its original packaging.
- It is important to be aware that products that are personalized or digital, as well as buy-out and non-stock items, are not eligible for return. Additionally, items that have been cut to size are also non-returnable.
- You can start the return process within 14 days of the delivery date.
Return Process:
To begin the return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Support:
To return the product, please contact our customer support team either by emailing us at sales@reliablebolt.co.za or by calling us at (+27)11 609 7946. Kindly inform them of your intention to return the product.
- Package the Product Securely:
Please ensure that you pack the product in its original packaging along with all the accessories and documents that were included. It is important that all returned products are in their original packaging.
- Ship the Product:
Please return the product to us by sending it to the following address:

- Return Shipping:
If the return is due to an error on our end or if the item arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping. However, if the customer is simply returning the item for personal reasons, they will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Refund Options:
After we receive and examine the item you returned, we will proceed with your refund. Your refund will be processed using the same form of payment you used for your initial purchase. If you used a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the original card. Kindly allow 7 to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account. For EFT refunds, we need your banking details in a company official letterhead or a signed letter with the buyer's signature verifying the banking details.
- Non-Refundable Items:
Please note that the following items are not eligible for a refund: personalized products (unless they were received in damaged or defective condition), digital products, buy-out and non-stock items, and items that have been cut to size. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us for assistance.

We may request photographic evidence or other documentation to process the return and refund for such items.
- Cancellations:
If you want to cancel your order, kindly contact us at your earliest convenience. Please note that order cancellations can only be processed if the order has not been shipped yet.
