1. Overview
At Reliable Bolt Industrial Supplies, our mission is simple: deliver your orders fast, securely and affordably across South Africa. As a proudly South African company, we work with trusted local partners so your order arrives on time and in top condition.
2. Shipping Partners
We have two main delivery options:
• The Courier Guy – for home or business deliveries with live tracking via their app or website.
• PUDO Lockers – secure collection points open 24 hours a day at retail locations nationwide. Choose the PUDO option at checkout for added flexibility.
3. Shipping Rates
Our pricing is transparent and straightforward.
• Orders under R 1 500 – flat rate R 175 (for standard items up to 10 kg).
• Orders of R 1 500 and above – free delivery (bulky or specialised items excluded).
All deliveries via The Courier Guy or PUDO lockers. Any variations due to location or special handling will be communicated in advance.
4. Delivery Times
• In-house deliveries (Johannesburg region): Tuesdays and Thursdays – 3-5 business days.
• In-house deliveries (East Rand): Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays – 3-5 business days.
• Standard delivery via The Courier Guy: 3-5 business days from dispatch to other provinces.
• PUDO locker collections: Parcel available shortly after dispatch; you’ll receive a unique access code by email or SMS.

5. Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive:
• A confirmation email with your tracking number.
• SMS or email updates from The Courier Guy.
• Access to live tracking via The Courier Guy app or website using your reference.
6. What We Ship
We ship our full range of industrial-grade products, including but not limited to abrasives, adhesives, chemicals, fasteners, hand tools, power tools, machinery and safety equipment across South Africa. For oversized, hazardous or specialised items please contact us at sales@reliablebolt.co.za for a tailored quote.
7. Delays or Issues
If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you promptly and act to correct the issue. Upon arrival, inspect your parcel immediately. If you find damage contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement or refund. For returns or exchanges, please contact us at sales@reliablebolt.co.za or call 011 609 7946.
