1. Agreement
By accessing or using our website (https://industrialsuppliessa.co.za) and/or placing an order, you accept to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and by all policies referenced herein. If you do not accept them, you must not use the Site or place an order with us.

2. Definitions

  • “Customer” means you, the person or business placing an order.
  • “Goods” means any items supplied through our store, including but not limited to abrasives, adhesives, fasteners, tools and safety equipment.
  • “Non‑Stock Items / Buy‑Out Items” means items not normally held in inventory or procured specifically for you.
  • “Cut‑to‑Size Items” means any Goods modified or altered at your request.
  • “Trade / Bulk Orders” means orders placed under special terms for businesses or large volumes.

 

3. Age & Legal Capacity
You represent that you are the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If ordering on behalf of a company or organisation you confirm you are duly authorised.

4. Use of Goods
You agree not to use the Goods for unlawful or unauthorised purposes. You shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations and safety standards in your use of the Goods.

5. Supply, Pricing & Availability

  • All Goods are quoted or priced subject to availability and undivided quantities.
  • We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
  • Non‑Stock Items or Buy‑Out Items are non‑returnable.
  • Prices may change without notice until we accept your order.
  • Goods supplied to Trade/Bulk customers will have shipping or freight terms quoted and organised separately — contact us at sales@reliablebolt.co.za or 011 609 7946 for details. 

6. Returns & Handling Fee

  • Goods returned that were correctly supplied are subject to a 10 % handling fee.
  • Goods that were cut‑to‑size or physically altered at your request, as well as opened adhesives or detergents, are non‑returnable.
  • Returns must follow our Returns & Refunds Policy (see link).
  • For defective or mis‑supplied Goods, you may seek refund, repair or replacement under the terms of the Consumer Protection Act.
     

7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is subject to our Delivery Information policy. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. Risk in the Goods passes to you on dispatch.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual‑property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Site without our express written permission.

9. Third‑Party Links
The Site may contain links to third‑party websites. We do not control or endorse those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies. Use links at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability & Warranty

  • Goods are supplied “as is” and “as available” unless we expressly state otherwise.
  • We do not warrant that use of the Goods will meet your expectations or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error‑free.
  • Except to the extent prohibited by South African law, we (including our officers, employees or agents) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of the Goods or the Site.

 
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reliable Bolt Industrial Supplies and its directors, officers, agents and employees from any claim or demand (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.

12. Severability
If any clause of these Terms is held unlawful, void or unenforceable, that clause is severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

 13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site and your ability to order Goods if you breach these Terms. Termination will not affect rights or liabilities that arose before termination.

 
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any policies or rules posted by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the Site and supply of Goods, and supersede all prior oral or written agreements.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and shall be interpreted under the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gauteng.

16. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or placement of an order constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Personal Information & POPIA
We collect and process your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). You have various rights, including access, correction, deletion and objection. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
