    Clamp in A4 (316) stainless steel. Wire rope and the clamps, thimbles and hooks that terminate it.

    A terminated rope is only as strong as its termination — the thimble protects the eye and the clamps have to face the right way. A4 (316) stainless is the marine grade — it holds up in salt air, chlorinated water and chemical wash-down where A2 will eventually tea-stain.
