The Kennedy 3D Analogue Tester is a versatile tool designed for quick and accurate setting of all three axes (X, Y, Z) through an analogue differential indicator. It is suitable for use with all machine tools featuring CNC, NC, or DRO, as well as EDM/spark erosion tools, with the stylus electrically insulated from the spindle. This universal tool can measure length, height, diameter, and center, offering flexibility for various applications. The synchronous single needle allows greater needle displacement before reaching '12 o'clock', providing a positive reading regardless of the direction of axis movement. With no calculations and no 'trial and error,' this tester increases production and efficiency, reducing job time and operator requirements. The stylus is designed to break on a 'nominal fracture' before damaging the workpiece or tester, ensuring safety. Additionally, three plug-in styli types can be changed in seconds without the need for special tools, enhancing convenience and versatility.
